Most people know that Yoga during Pregnancy is beneficial for mother and baby.
Practicing Pregnancy Yoga on a regular basis will teach you movements, breathing practices, meditation, deep relaxation and mindful awareness. These techniques will ease pregnancy, labour and birth.

Here I am explain 6 of the most important benefits

1. Share the experience of pregnancy with other pregnant women
Being pregnant and becoming a mother involves huge changes, physically and emotionally. Not only can it be difficult to adjust to those changes in themselves, but isolation can make these changes extremely difficult and sometimes lead to depression, low moods and difficulty to adjust and fully enjoy the miracle of pregnancy, birth and your new baby.
It is therefore that friendships build during pregnancy, can be a real lifeline to many mothers and often are friendships that last a lifetime.

2. Make your pregnancy more comfortable through increased joint mobility, reduced swelling, nausea, tiredness, headache, etc and improved digestions
During pregnancy, your body is going through major changes which can lead to discomfort, tiredness, and pains. During pregnancy  increased pressure on your body, loosened ligaments and swelling can cause joint pain and swelling. During Pregnancy Yoga classes you will practice movements that alleviate pain and swelling.
Moving your body in a safe way will aid your digestion, which can get a little sluggish during pregnancy and reduce nausea.
Breath work and deep relaxation can reduce headaches will give you the much needed rest and recovery.

3.Reduce your stress levels

Everyday life can be stressful. Adding the changes, responsibilities and worries that come with pregnancy you can easily become stressed, tensed and unable to sleep well.
Pregnancy Yoga will teach you practical ways to let go of unnecessary worries, teach you practices to improve sleep and alleviate insomnia

4.Build an early bond with your unborn baby
During Pregnancy Yoga you take time to connect with your baby, through your breath, sound, touch and movement.
This bonding time is vital in todays busy world to bring awareness to yourself and your baby.

5. Find inner calm and confidence that will empower you
Let's be honest. Pregnancy and Birth are not always easy, quiet the opposite for most, and can be real roller coaster.
Contradicting information and advice from well-meaning friends, family and the medical profession can leave you overwhelmed and confused.
During pregnancy Yoga you will learn to tap into your intuition to find calm and confidenece. This will empower you to make decisions about your pregnancy and birth that are individual and right for you.

6.Maintaining good health and diet
Attending Pregnancy Yoga on a regular basis will help stay healthy, strong and balanced and therefore encourage you to make sensible food choices when it comes to nourishing yourself and your baby.
