Intuitive Leadership

​Intuitive Leadership is a unique group program designed to develop and optimise great leaders and managers that deliberately and actively create a new future for their business and its people.
The current economic climate requires leaders to optimise performance, maintain wellbeing and utilise changing environments for innovation.
The intuitive Leadership will challenge participants way of thinking, way of being, and leading through:

• Accessing intuition and most valuable individual strengths to develop a leadership style that is unique and aligned with personal and business values. ​​ 
• Building a foundation of trust, connection and authenticity to empower people to thrive and perform at the highest level possible with enthusiasm, energy and joy. 

• Learning practical tools to improve and optimise working relationships and collaboration with colleagues and clients. 

• Expanding capabilities to lead with awareness and clarity and deliberately define a new way of leading and working

• 6 sessions over 6 weeks of 1.5 hours  via Zoom ​
