Mindfulness Based Health & Wellbeing Course

This 6-week Mindfulness Based Health & Wellbeing Course draws on research and evidence based mindfulness and subtractive psychology to connect you to your highest potential and new possibilities of living and working.

The course is a process that will provide you with tools and a deep understanding to create a solid foundation for your health, wellbeing and happiness.
With this foundation in place, you can live knowing that you can handle  life's ups and downs effortlessly.


You will learn to:​

Maintain equanimity, focus and wellbeing despite challenges, pressures and stress ​

Be more self-aware and choices that are aligned with you and your desires ​

Initial Conversation

I have studied secular Mindfulness at Bangor University, The Minded Institute London and Mindful Schools. 
Mindfulness has received much acclaim over the last 10 years, since the work of Jon-Kabt-Zinn, pioneer of secular, evidence and research based Mindfulness. It has been shown to improve mental health through reducing stress, anxiety, depression, low moods and pain. It improves resilience, self regulation, sense of security, peace of mind and wellbeing in a sustained way.
