I have a background in Dance and Sport Science and have been teaching Yoga and Mindfulness for over 10 years. For me, Yoga and Mindfulness is a bridge that connects daily life with the practice of being present and the physicality of being and letting go. It connects me with the wonderful innocence of being alive within my body whilst living in a frantic world.
