One-on-one sessions are tailored to your individual needs. Wether you are recovering from an injury, want to build a daily home practice, are pregnant or wish to simply deepen your understanding of yoga & mindfulness or improve your overall wellbeing, I will work with your requirements.
Sessions are held remotely via Zoom. If you are in Brighton you can opt to see me in person.

I found Kerstin's Session's to be a breath of fresh air in my sometimes murky chaotic life of demands from young children, husband and my employer. The written material was inpiring. The group work was reassuring as it helped demonstrate how we all experience very similar difficulties in life and then equally how your teachings could be applied to us all to improve the quality of our lives particularly in the way we perceive things.
