This class is for all ability levels, as we practice with an enquiring mind, allowing for variations for each individual.
It consists of a dynamic yoga practice to tone and stretch your whole body giving special attention to your core and connection to your breath and the experience of being present.
All classes end with a deep relaxation and mindfulness meditation practice to leave you balanced, re-charged, and connected.

I have been to many yoga classes and practices before but feel genuinely lucky to have found Kerstin's class. I feel wonderful after each lesson both mentally and physically. She is extremely knowledgable but approachable at the same time.
Kerstin's Yoga Class has helped me with being present and more mindful. Concentrating on my breath has really made me think about what I am doing during the day and to check in with my breath and think about weather I am holding onto tension.
